Tomas' picnic

Tomas' class had a party today at the Teacher's Aide's house (a gorgeous lake-front property). The weather was not so good but the kids had a blast! The parents froze on the shore wondering how the kids could possibly be swimming. Tomas was one of the wise ones and he decided he wasn't going to get wet - although he did go in the paddle boats. Toria had loads of fun in the water but she was shaking so bad the parents thought she was going to turn into one big goosebump.

You may need to 'click on this' to expand the size but that's Tomas in the center rear paddle boat being paddled about by his 'girlfriend' K.C. She paddled him all around the little cove. In the center middle with the bright orange swimsuit and blonde hair is Toria (right at home with the big kids).

I'm not sure how but Toria talked Tomas' 'girlfriend' K.C. into paddling her around the cove too!

Tomas and his friend K.R. take a turn around the cove. (Toria is in the background).

Thanks Donna for a great afternoon!

Cool! What part of Victoria does she live in?

I'm, um, just writing a report on general Victoria geography. That's it.

She lives on Prospect Lake - it is gorgeous... I had no idea and because it is a lake (i.e. not a salty ocean with currents and tides) you can swim in it whenever you want.
